This is the second time that Max and his team have come for an end-of-tenancy clean - this time for a large one-bedroom flat in Oxford.His professional, can-do attitude again shone through. The bathroom area had been badly stained by bleach - many had tried to remove it before - but it was Max who eventually found the solution. That was just one example of his knowledge of everything required for the job. If there were a big 'book on cleaning', he'd know it inside out, and the way that he communicated the different approaches available showed his real enthusiasm to his job.At the end of the day, the flat looked immaculate and bright, and I am sure that very few, if any, other companies in Oxford would be able to leave a tricky-to-clean flat in the condition it is in now, at a very reasonable price too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟this is not an ad but a true story to share. 5 stars are just not enough to express our thanks to the most efficient and effective deep cleaning team from Max and Boryanan who unbelievably have the most wanted magic to return our house into a prestine state!! It’s great as new and we are so sure that they will deliver just by the utmost care they took to dissemble the oven and equipment to ensure that they are impeccable and clean to the perfect and hygienic state in an child-friendly allergy-friendly way. Our house was worse than student hostels with lots of stain on the carpets which have not been washed in the past three years. The oven has left over food that has become charcoal or fossils stuck onto the bottom, the microwave had mould that I did not even know. The work that they did could have taken me 2 full weeks to complete with my two bare hands, not to mention the only superficial layer of dust that I can remove. This professional, young, energetic, courteous, efficient team delivered - and delivered to a standard that is beyond my dream, it was soooooooo good that I want to be an apprentice too so that I can learn the trade secrets in order to take good care of my home. The machines they use are brand new, really big and professional. Everything just look much better than before. This is no doubt extremely money well spent - because of the immaculate care, outstanding customer service, and unimaginable patience in answering all our concerns. We would love to have them back and would have the peace of mind that no matter how bad we accidentally turn our house into, Cleanthedust will have the perfect solutions for the issue that is done with their heart and soul. It was super easy to make the appointment. Among the two I called, this was actually the more expensive one, but I decided to go with this company because over the phone the owner explained in detail about their approaches of cleaning the carpet. Anyway, we had one stain from the spill of essential oil. The team tried various methods to clean the stain. It was better than I expected. I would highly recommend Max and his team. They did a brilliant job on my flat for a move-out deep clean, including tough jobs like cleaning the oven, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. Max has a keen attention to detail, a deep understanding of his huge arsenal of cleaning products, and clearly a well-researched and meticulously developed methodology that delivers results above and beyond expectations! I asked CleantheDust to come and clean some carpets which have been ruined by an anxious cat. Max was very responsive on email and able to arrange a visit within a week. He also offered to do extra work on my stairs beyond the two rooms we requested for cleaning, as he felt they could offer us more help for their minimum fee which was much appreciated. When the team arrived they did a great job on the carpets, which look miles better, and as well as cleaning they trimmed areas the cat had clawed up. The stairs also look very good. Overall very happy with a professional, responsive and reasonably priced service.

I used Max and his team for a one off ‘very’ deep clean on my house as I have a dust allergy.He went absolutely above and beyond to clean every inch of my house free from dust, they worked so hard and allFurniture was moved and cleaned underneath.The carpets were immaculately steam cleaned in which they looked brand new again, radiators internally cleaned to remove all dust and dirt, oven & fridge/freezer cleaned to look brand new also!Max was very professional and knowledgeable to deal with when booking and I would not hesitate to recommend and use his company again.Many thanks!Lucy

Clean the Dust did an end-of-tenancy clean on my flat in Oxford. The flat looked tired and a little shabby before Max and his team started, but by the end of their clean it was absolutely spotless and every single item shone. The quality of the clean was particularly evident in the kitchen, where Max and his partner managed to make the sink, hob and extractor fan look pretty much brand new. I have had many end of tenancy cleans before and this clean was far and away the best. Max even cleaned the windows inside and out. I have no hesitation in recommending Clean the Dust to anyone who needs a deep clean and will certainly use them again when the occasion arises. Many thanks!

Max and his team were great. Super professional from start to finish and have done a great job at getting my flat back up to standard. I had to move out for some construction work and they came in to clean after the builders had finished. Can’t recommend enough.

Max did an end of tenancy clean for us as well as as move-in clean for our first house purchase. He was communicative and extremely diligent. The landlady in our rental property remarked on how clean it was! We have had some bad experiences with other Oxford-based competitors in the past but he didn't disappoint. We'd recommend him to anyone!

Max from Clean the dust did such a fantastic job on our Student house. The previous cleaners had left it in state. So thank goodness for Max, he came and and deep cleaned our bathrooms and kitchen and by the end they were sparkling. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing their house cleaned. 5 stars would never be enough to sum up the work that this cleaning firm puts in. So call this a 6-star review.Max at CleanTheDust came to the rescue after another cleaning company had royally messed us around, costing us several days' worth of unanticipated rent before simply ghosting us. At less than a day's notice, Max swung into action, starting work at 8 am the morning after we called. Our house had been pretty badly neglected, and it was a very, very big job. But Max stuck with it to the very end, not happy until the job was done to the absolute highest standard possible. This meant that he stayed for over twelve hours cleaning the house! He moved every piece of furniture to get at every speck of dust with his £500 specialist hoover. He emptied, cleaned, and reorganised out kitchen drawers. He scoured mould from the grouting in the bathroom that had been there well before we'd moved in. Max even went so far as to fully disassemble both doors of the oven to get at the stains inside. By the time his work was done, the house looked better than it ever had either during or before our tenancy.The price we were charged was more than fair for the level of service received, and it never diverged from the initial quote we agreed upon, even after he got a sense of the enormity of the job in person. But after all the work he'd put in, we couldn't help but offer him a substantial tip. He asked if we were sure and tried to refuse, but we told him he had earned every penny and more for the amazing job he'd done. We cannot recommend CleanTheDust highly enough. If you have an end-of-tenancy clean coming up, book them straight away before somebody else does!!!!

Clean the Dust did an end of tenancy clean at my daughter's flat in Oxford. The place was transformed after their visit - and my daughter is not particularly messy! They took the doors off the oven and were thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend.

Clean The Dust did a brilliant job in cleaning our house for End of Tenancy. They are reasonably priced and the work was done to a high standard - amazed at how quick they were to respond and the results of the bathroom and kitchen. Wish they did domestic cleaning too, but this is a company I would highly recommend. Professional, friendly and great service!

Max was very professional and kind, he cleaned my whole house top to bottom and even offered to help with my garden if needed. He was very friendly and chatty. The house was cleaned with an inch of its life and was done so very very well, it was shining when he was finished !! Max moves furniture such as the fridge to get behind and under it, he also waits for you to get home to check his work before he leaves. I had the whole house cleaned for £300 this was deep clean, oven and carpets which i think is a great price!! I would 100% use again and recommend.
